Fees

v     Xpose Media Ltd charges a fee for its services and products.

v     We try to ensure that you are aware of all costs involved before you proceed, if you are in any doubt as to what is covered by the quotation, please ask for a full breakdown, otherwise we shall assume that you are aware of what your quotation covers.

v     Fees are quoted excluding vat, delivery and fitting unless otherwise stated.

v     Upon instruction of production items must be paid for in full unless prior arrangement has been made or you are an account holder at Xpose Media Ltd.

v     Accounts are subject to status, credit checks may apply.

v     Account terms may vary, please ensure you are happy with the terms provided before you proceed to production.

v     Should you for any reason suspend the job once production has commenced you shall be liable to all costs involved to that point

Prohibited use & content

As a client you agree not to post, upload or forward to us any communication, text, graphics or other information or material that is;

obscene, fraudulent, indecent, discourteous, offensive or abusive.

contains any viruses, Trojan horses, worms or other disabling devices or other harmful component intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information.

advocates, encourages or supports any illegal activity

subject to any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, publicity right or other intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party.

violates the privacy of individuals, including other users of this site or violates any local, national, or international law.

Should you breach these conditions Xpose Media Ltd. will take whatever appropriate action it feels is required to rectify or restore any harm that is caused

Limitation of Liability - Disclaimer

Xpose Media Ltd. accepts no liability howsoever caused for any loss or injury, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in compiling, or delivering the Information, the site or our services.

Prices

Prices quoted are valid for a maximum of 30 days.

Xpose Media Ltd. reserve the right to alter its prices in line with material supplier costs without notice.

Termination of contract

Xpose Media Ltd. reserve the right to terminate the contract of work, with any client, without notice giving just cause for their actions.

Should you wish to terminate your contract with Xpose Media Ltd. please inform us by letter or email at the earliest opportunity. Costs incurred to this point must be paid for in full.

Artwork

All Artwork supplied is the copyright of Xpose Media Ltd as a company and not an individual and in no way may be copied or recreated without the consent of Xpose Media Ltd and it’s Directors.

Charges for Artwork apply and will be charged for in full regardless of production.

Xpose Media Ltd. cannot be held responsible for any errors in Artwork once the said Artwork has been signed off by the client.
